PLEASE include the following information:

CONTACT INFO:

Full name, Phone number, Email and Instagram (optional).

TATTOO DETAILS:

  • Placement and size — a photo of the area is helpful.

  • Provide length and width in inches.

  • Colour or Black & Grey.

  • A detailed description of your idea.

  • Any reference photos.

AVAILABILITY:

  • Include the days and times that normally work best for you. I do NOT work on Sundays and Mondays.

  • Larger custom pieces may require a consultation before booking.

  • The more information provided in your DM/Email — the better!

  • I aim to respond to all emails and DMs within 48 hours.

  • If you don’t hear back, please follow up!

  • If you have any skin conditions, allergies, or are on medications that may affect tattooing, please let me know beforehand.

DEPOSIT POLICY:

  • For each appointment, a $150 deposit is required to confirm your booking. No appointment is considered booked until the deposit is received. The deposit will come off the final price of your tattoo.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, and any cancellations or rescheduling requires at least a 4 days’ notice. Any notice less than 4 days will result in a forfeited deposit, and a new one will be required to rebook. There are no exceptions.

  • This policy also applies to any design changes and add-ons. Your design must be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • If a deposit isn’t received within 48 hours of us discussing a date, that date may be offered to someone else.

  • The deposit covers drawing time, appointment prep and discourages last minute cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Deposits are non-refundable AND non-transferrable.

  • If you decide to cancel the appointment completely, the deposit will not be refunded - you will have 6 months from initial cancellations to book a tattoo and use your deposit — after that time frame your deposit will be forfeited.

  • As a reminder — if a tattoo artist doesn't tattoo.. then we don’t make money. This is why the deposit policy is taken seriously. It’s not to be mean, but its to protect my business and my income. I ask that you only book in for a tattoo if you are 100% committed to having the tattoo done.

    Your deposit will be requested by me once we have decided on an appointment date and time that works for both of us.

BLACK & GREY OR COLOUR

I will tattoo in both black & grey or colour, as well as most combinations in between.

TRADITIONAL & NEO-TRADITIONAL

I take on most traditional and neo-traditional designs. I really love tattoos with classic traditional and neo-traditional imagery such as florals, lady heads, skulls, animals, birds, insects, nautical designs and more!

BLACK & GREY REALISM (NO COLOUR REALISM)

I am more selective with the realism projects I choose to take on.

Most realism projects I take on are portraits and pet portraits.

Please understand if I choose not to take on your realism project.

NEW SCHOOL & JAPANESE

My style is not fully New School or Japanese however I am interested in projects influenced by these styles.

PRICING:

MINIMIM COST

My minimum price for a tattoo is $150 (+ tax).

This applies to any smaller tattoo that takes me less than 1 hour.

HOURLY RATE

My hourly rate is $175 an hour + tax.

Time is rounded down to the nearest 15 minute increment once the tattoo is completed.

FLAT RATE

A flat rate is an agreed upon price before the tattoo appointment. Time does not determine the price.

Flat rates are applied to most of my pre-drawn (up-for-grabs) designs, and not necessarily to custom pieces.

Tax (13%) is still applied to all flat rates.

PRE-DRAWN DESIGNS (UP-FOR-GRABS)

Occasionally, I post pre-drawn (up-for-grabs) designs on my Instagram ( @trevortattooer ) which are typically available for a flat rate (+ tax).

These are designs I would really love to do!

Pre-drawn designs also require a deposit to book. ($150 - $300)

PLEASE NOTE: NO CHANGES can be applied to any of my pre-drawn designs. If you would like modifications, I can create a custom design for you, which will be priced at my hourly rate, like a regular appointment.

Pre-drawn designs are tattooed as-is.

Most pre-drawn designs can be tattooed in black & grey or colour, unless stated otherwise.

LATE / NO SHOW POLICY:

Being too late, or not showing up for your appointment with zero notice is an automatic forfeit of your deposit.

  • If you are more than 15-30 minutes late for your appointment, you may need to be rescheduled as this can throw my schedule off if I have a back to back day — Please let me know if you are going to be late;

  • I may have the ability to be flexible, but most likely your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a new deposit will be needed to rebook.

  • There is zero tolerance for a “no show”. If you do not show up for your appointment, and do not give any notice, your deposit is forfeited and you will need to put down another deposit to re-book.

  • If you “no show” a touch-up appointment, you will be required to pay $150 (+ tax) upfront before rebooking your touch-up. If you miss your touch-up appointment again I will no longer offer touch-ups unless you book in for another tattoo, in which I can add in any needed touch-ups.

TIPS FOR YOUR TATTOO APPOINTMENT:

  • Eat before you come to your appointment and bring water, Gatorade, snacks, etc. to keep you fueled up. Also, feel free to ask for a lunch break if needed!

  • Get a good sleep and avoid alcohol the night before your appointment. Getting a good sleep can help you have more energy to push through the tattoo pain for longer. Having alcohol in your system from the night before can cause you to bleed more during the tattoo process which will affect the tattoo and its healing.

  • DO NOT apply numbing cream to your skin. I will unfortunately have to cancel the appointment if numbing cream has been applied which will result in you having to put down a new deposit in order to rebook. I personally will not tattoo someone that has used numbing cream, as it changes the texture of the skin and makes the tattooing process harder, which can also cause the tattoo to not heal its best. Most numbing creams only work for a small mount of time and wear off quickly. I usually offer light numbing spray (Bactine) for tattoos in case it is needed. Bactine has been proven to work well with most skin.

  • Wear comfortable clothes that allow access to the part of your body that is getting tattooed. Layers are always good or I suggest bringing a blanket as your temperature can fluctuate during the tattoo process. Help yourself be more comfortable.

  • Bring things to keep yourself occupied just in case, especially if you are coming for a longer appointment. Having head phones, movies/tv shows downloaded on your phone or tablet, a book, etc. can help keep you distracted from the tattoo process.
