• Full name, Phone number, Email and Instagram (optional).

TATTOO DETAILS:

• Placement and size — a photo of the area is helpful.

• Provide length and width in inches.

• Colour or Black & Grey.

• A detailed description of your idea.

• Any reference photos.

AVAILABILITY:

• Include the days and times that normally work best for you.

• I do NOT work on Sundays and Mondays.

• Larger custom pieces may require a consultation before booking.

• The more information provided in your DM/Email — the better!

• I aim to respond to all emails and DMs within 48 hours.

• If you don’t hear back, please follow up!

• If you have any skin conditions, allergies, or are on medications that may affect tattooing, please let me know beforehand

YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO BOOK AND RECIEVE A TATTOO.

I DO NOT TATTOO ANYONE UNDER 18 YEARS OLD, INCLUDING WITH PARENTAL OR GUARDIAN CONSENT. GOVERNMENT-ISSUED

PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED AT YOUR APPOINTMENT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
